Alannah Purdie, MA
Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Supervisor: Jamie Watson, MA, LMFT, RPT-S (License #T1016)
Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, teens and older adults.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and older adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or struggling with self-esteem. I work with people who experience family conflict, life changes, and stress who are in need of support in a warm and welcoming environment.
I’m passionate about helping individuals explore their emotions and core beliefs to foster personal growth. Therapy should be a unique space for vulnerability and self-discovery, free from judgment. My approach is grounded, gentle, and non-judgmental, offering a safe environment to explore topics that may feel difficult or hold shame.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and overwhelming when it comes time to speaking our pain out loud. You might be facing overwhelming emotions or navigating challenging situations, and it’s completely normal to feel uncertain. Together, we can create a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, laughter, and a little sass.
