Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Supervisor: Karlee Davis, MS, LPC (License #C4914)

Currently accepting new clients. I work with teens 15+, adults, couples and families

Whether you are facing significant life transitions, relational conflict, lost sense of self or wishing to expand your emotional awareness - My hope is to provide a therapeutic space that empowers you to reconnect with your own innate resiliency.

I believe that through deeper understanding comes greater self-awareness. Recognizing that you are the expert of your own life, I prioritize meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to support your unique needs. Together, we'll unravel patterns no longer serving you, rebuild relationships with yourself and others, and identify tools that feel most grounding and supportive.

I am passionate about working with clients through a wide range of challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, self-worth and people-pleasing, stress management, boundary work, career and identity exploration. I also work with relational clients, with a focus on multi-generational patterns, conflict resolution, enhancing intimacy, and communication dynamics.

My work is integrative, honoring both mind and body. I draw from evidence-informed, experiential, and trauma-informed approaches, blending Western psychology with Eastern therapeutic practices. I often incorporate somatic techniques to support emotional awareness and regulation. Using compassion-focused strategies, I guide therapy in a way that fosters emotional connection and the embodiment of inner strengths.

As an inclusive and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapist, I value diversity and strive to create a safe environment where my clients feel heard and understood. I aim to provide a warm, curious, collaborative, person-centered and strengths-based approach with a sprinkle of humor!

We are capable and deserving to grow through what we’ve gone through! Whatever brings you here, it’s my honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
