Ariana Jones, MA

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Clinical Supervisor: DeLyn Griffin, MA, LMFT (OR#T3119), RPT (#T7301)

Currently accepting new clients. I work with couples & individuals.

Many people come to counseling feeling stuck—repeating the same painful arguments, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, struggling with life transitions, or feeling disconnected from themselves or those they love. I help adults and couples understand and change the patterns that contribute to conflict, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm. I believe meaningful change becomes possible when we better understand the thoughts, emotions, and relationship dynamics that shape our experiences. My role is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can gain insight, develop new skills, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I welcome adults and couples experiencing relationship conflict, communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, relational trauma, harmful or abusive relationship dynamics, parenting stress, and life transitions. Using Restoration Therapy and a trauma-informed approach, I help clients strengthen emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and build more intentional and connected relationships.

I believe people are capable of meaningful growth and healing. It is a privilege to support clients as they work toward greater resilience, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
