Life is beautiful, messy, and rarely linear. Interests shift, relationships evolve, careers pivot, and sometimes grief or estrangement arrives without warning. These transitions can leave us feeling untethered, even when we know ourselves well. They can also crack us open, inviting us to shed past versions of ourselves and discover who we’re becoming. There are seasons when an outside perspective and stronger coping tools make all the difference. I'd be honored to be that support. 

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in genuine human connection, tailored to your needs and where you are. Expect curiosity, empathy, and a touch of humor. We’ll use creative metaphors and pop-culture references to explore your inner world, untangle inherited relationship patterns, and process intergenerational trauma. The goal isn't to manage symptoms or slap a band-aid on them. It’s to understand the why behind your patterns and build lasting resilience. 

I believe healing doesn't happen in a vacuum. Mindful of my own positionality, I'm committed to holding space where every dimension of identity is honored with curiosity and care, including my allyship and commitment to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and historically marginalized communities. 

I also bring 20+ years in the corporate world and am two decades into a long-term, committed partnership — both of which inform how I show up for clients navigating burnout, career transitions, relationship dynamics, and the search for deeper meaning. Outside the office, I'm likely curled up with a novel or a show (the more escapist, the better), experimenting in the kitchen (with varying degrees of success), exploring nature, or finding restoration near water.
