Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, teens and adults.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a difficult season—whether that looks like life transitions, behavioral challenges, big emotions, or stress within relationships. Many of the clients I support are trying to make sense of their experiences, find their place within their family or world, and feel more confident in who they are. I especially enjoy partnering with families who are open to growing together, deepening connection, and gaining a better understanding of each person’s unique role and needs. My hope is to come alongside you, meet you right where you are, and create a supportive space where you feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to move toward greater balance, confidence, and authenticity.
I specialize in working with children and families through play therapy and systemic, Adlerian-informed approaches. Play therapy allows children to express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways, helping them process emotions, build regulation skills, and feel understood. I also take a systemic family approach, supporting caregivers and children in strengthening connection, improving communication, and understanding the patterns that shape family dynamics. Grounded in Adlerian theory, I focus on fostering a sense of belonging, encouragement, and insight—helping each family member recognize their strengths, understand their role within the system, and move toward more connected, cooperative relationships.
I believe in the importance of connection, creativity, and finding joy in the everyday moments of life. Outside of the therapy room, I’m naturally playful and creative—I love hiking, crafting, baking, reading, and spending quality time with my kids. These parts of who I am deeply influence my work, as I value curiosity, imagination, and meaningful connection. I strive to bring a sense of warmth, authenticity, and playfulness into my sessions, creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves.
