Kim Prisco, QMHP
Clinical Mental Health Graduate Intern
Clinical Supervisor: DeLyn Griffin, MA, LMFT (OR#T3119), RPT™ (#T7301)
Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families.
I work with children, teens, and adults to help navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, or life changes, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to safely explore your story and build a strong foundation for your well-being.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you have an innate capacity for healing, and that your mental, physical, and spiritual health are all connected. To support your growth, I offer an integrative blend of Restoration Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Mindfulness models. Together, we will use these tools to help you move from where you are now to the connected, purposeful life you have the power to create.
By fostering a trusting relationship, I aim to help you tap into your internal strengths. I believe you are already doing the best you can with the resources you have. My goal is to empower you to become the expert on your own well-being, so you feel confident navigating life's journey on your own terms. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
My path to clinical work was inspired by more than twenty years as a public school teacher and administrator, where I witnessed the heavy toll of systemic pressures. Today, I help clients navigate life transitions using a holistic approach. I’m a certified yoga teacher with training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Self-Compassion, tools I use to support my clients and myself. Outside the therapy room, I find ways to stay grounded and nurture my mind, body, and spirit by reading, journaling, practicing yoga, meditating, and enjoying nature with my husband and our dogs.
