Lily Najmabadi, MS
Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Clinical Supervisor: DeLyn Griffin, MA, LMFT (OR#T3119), RPT™ (#T7301)
Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families.
In a world that often asks us to keep pushing, meet impossible expectations, and resolve challenges on our own, it can be easy to feel disconnected from ourselves and what we value most. Our emotions, relationships, and life experiences shape the way we move through the world and understand our place in it. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore those experiences with curiosity and compassion, reconnect with what we care about, and create meaningful change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, perfectionism, and ADHD. I am especially interested in supporting couples, parents of neurodivergent children, and adults coping with the impact of chronic health conditions and loss. I aim to foster a space where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to build on the strengths you already have.
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Socio-Emotional Relationship Therapy (SERT), and play therapy to help clients explore patterns, create more fulfilling relationships, and develop a greater understanding of themselves. Together, we’ll approach challenges with curiosity rather than judgment and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy taking my dog to the river, knitting, and spending time with the people I love.
