Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Supervisor: Jamie Watson License (#T1016)

Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, teens, adults, and families.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have been in therapy before, welcome. You are right where you need to be and I am so glad that you are taking the brave step in reaching out. I work with children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, grief and loss, suicidality and self-harm. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community. My specialty is working with eating disorders, body image distress, and those coping with acute or chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy is joining you through a compassion focused lens. When working together, I will help you understand how your behaviors may have protected you in the past. Together, we can work to let go of harmful behaviors and integrate more adaptive coping mechanisms into your daily life. We will work together to integrate the parts of you that can get you to feeling like your more authentic self.

In my free time when I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my partner working on house projects, cooking a new recipe, venturing out on a new hike, and getting together with family and friends.
