I work with individuals, couples, families, and children ages 5+ who want to understand their patterns and improve their relationships. Many of the people I work with are navigating seasons of strain and transition: individuals facing midlife pressures and caregiving, mixed-neurodivergent couples trying to understand each other better, creatives feeling blocked or burned out, parents needing support with family dynamics, as well as children who are carrying something they don't yet have words for. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, know that you do not have to weather it alone.

I offer compassionate guidance to explore what lies beneath life's challenges with curiosity and warmth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I welcome all ways that bring change and connection, including, but not limited to, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restoration Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I incorporate techniques of self-compassion, emotional regulation, and behavioral interventions to support lasting change. I have experience with marriage, parenting, family conflict, women's issues, anxiety, depression, gray area addictions, and ADHD/neurodivergence.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am certified in Restoration Therapy (Level I). Additionally, I have completed coursework and training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I believe that growth remains possible throughout every stage of life. The desire to do better for ourselves and those we love is one of the best parts of being human!
