Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy Graduate Intern

Supervisor: Jamie Watson, MA, LMFT, RPT-S (License #T1016)

Currently accepting new clients. I work with children, adults, couples & families.

I aim to cultivate a warm and compassionate space for you to explore your emotions, patterns, and life experiences. I believe everyone holds a deep, abiding source of internal strength, wisdom, and hope. I see myself as a supportive guide, walking alongside you while empowering you to be the expert in your own healing journey.

I welcome individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, and relational conflict. Tailored to each client's unique needs, I draw from emotionally focused, attachment-based, restoration, and somatic practices, always placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work. My approach with children combines play therapy and polyvagal theory to create a safe space where children can express themselves, feel seen, learn regulation tools, and begin to make sense of their world.

In my free time, I love spending time at the beach with my husband, stepson, and our dog. You can catch me exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, as well as finding moments to read, run, and practice yoga
