Sarah Maddox

Professional Counselor Associate

Clinical Supervisor: DeLyn Griffin, MA, LMFT (OR#T3119), RPT (#T7301)

Currently accepting new clients. I work with individuals.

I work with individuals facing tension and uncertainty — in their relationships and in their sense of self. Many of my clients feel stuck, contradictory, or unsure how to reconcile different parts of themselves. I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.

I support clients through depression, anxiety, grief, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, and the challenges that come with personal growth. I have a particular focus on women's issues, highly sensitive individuals, identity development, values clarification, parenting, and boundary-setting.

My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restoration Therapy (RT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through these frameworks, clients can develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience — along with practical tools for communicating boundaries and relating to themselves and others with clarity and confidence.

I believe a healthy relationship with oneself is the foundation of overall well-being, and I'm committed to supporting lasting, meaningful growth.

When I’m not in session with clients, you’ll find me trying to keep up with my family & two Australia shepherds or enjoying an espresso drink and a podcast.
